As independent brewers driven by passion for quality, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Through modern brewing and innovation, we create beers with great taste.
The first beer from our stable is Evolution, a 4.3% session IPA, brewed to celebrate the opening of our new brewhouse.
Next up, To Helles and Back, a 4.5% Helles lager, originally created in collaboration with Camba Bavaria, Germany, the producers of our brew kit.
Corvus, is a 4.1% Stout, exclusively available on keg.
Our latest drop, Corvus Milk Stout, is a 4.1% Milk Stout, now pouring on cask and in cans!

Big, bold and beautiful just like the Corvus, our distinctly smooth milk stout has a subtle aroma of roasted malt and coffee, followed by a creamy bittersweet finish giving it excellent drinkability.
